Welcome to Cortex Trail Point (operating via cortex-trailpoint.click). By accessing this website, registering for educational workshops, attending laboratory sessions in Gimpo-si, or commissioning customized on-site training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of South Korea. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or enrolling in our programs.
2. Educational Nature of Services
Cortex Trail Point provides technical instruction, diagnostic training, and hands-on laboratory workshops focused on computing hardware maintenance, power electronics, and cooling systems. All content, demonstrations, and instructional materials are provided solely for educational and vocational technical training purposes. We do not provide financial, investment, securities, or legal advice.
3. Workshop Registration & Workbench Access
Workshop enrollment is subject to seat availability and advance registration. Participants are expected to adhere strictly to all posted laboratory safety rules, ESD protection protocols, and instructor instructions while inside the Gimpo facility. Failure to comply with electrical safety standards or engaging in reckless handling of high-voltage equipment may result in immediate dismissal from the workshop without refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All course syllabi, schematics reference handbooks, diagnostic flowcharts, proprietary training guides, photographs, graphics, and written content published on cortex-trailpoint.click or distributed during workshops remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cortex Trail Point. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use distributed printed materials for your own vocational reference. Unauthorized reproduction, digital distribution, or commercial resale of our instructional materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Cortex Trail Point employs rigorous engineering standards in all diagnostic lessons, hardware repair involves inherent risks of component stress, thermal damage, and electrical faults. Cortex Trail Point and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the application of diagnostic techniques on participant-owned hardware outside our supervised laboratory. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability arising under any workshop enrollment shall be strictly limited to the actual tuition fees paid by the participant for that specific session.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual relationships arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent district court having jurisdiction over Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
