4. Data Retention Period

We retain inquiry information for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. For registered workshop participants, training records, attendance verifications, and associated billing records are retained for five (5) years in accordance with Korean commercial and tax accounting laws, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
